Jennifer Posgai   Welcome first graders! I have been working at Kilby Elementary since 2004. I began as a first grade teacher, and then transistioned as the first grade ESOL teacher. I earned my degrees in Elementary Education (grades K-6) and ESOL from Penn State University. I received a master's degree in Initiatives in Educational Transform (IET) from George Mason University. I am currently working toward my certification as a Reading Recovery teacher. I love working with first grade because it is such an important year for children. Watching them grow as readers and writers is very exciting and rewarding! | |
